Samantha Hiranand and Nadia Uttamchandani founded Speak Up in 2016. They returned to the Philippines from studying and working in the United States, and felt there was a gap in communication and customer service skills in the country. Speak Up was born to bridge the gap, and create an international standard level of excellency.
Today, Speak Up provides corporations with training programs that are customized based on their needs. Speak Up also partners with educational institutions as a third party training team.

Nadia Uttamchandani is a seasoned public speaker with over ten years of experience. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in Marketing Communications and Journalism from Emerson College in Boston. She currently manages the Marketing and Public Relations teams of her family's FMCG business.

Samantha is a confident and eloquent speaker with over ten years of experience. She majored in Economics and Media Studies at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and strengthened her communication and presentation skills while working as an Equity Sales Associate at Barclays Capital in New York City. For the past two years, she's gained customer service experience while working as Head of Business Development and Operations for her family's fast food chain business, an industry they've been a part of since the 1970's.
